Happy Independence Day in China - 115 kilometers Changzhou -- Mon, Jul 4, 2005 It was another damn hot day, but I followed the current chinese fashion trend in this area by throwing a towel on my head and it helped. It didn't help the wind though. I had been warned about the westerly wind that goes through china -- why I choose to go west, we will never know...
There were a few "crop prayer" fireworks sent off along my way, but nothing like in the states... I haven't been able to get my hands on any, but we'll see what I find tonight.
